Bespoke engagements beyond the subscription
The Water Hawk subscription is the recurring product. Below are the bespoke engagement offerings: scoped deliverables, defense engagements, and the broader Salian Defense relationship that extends into custom AI integration, custom software, and security engineering. Every engagement is custom-scoped against the operating environment, the regulatory standard of record, and the customer's existing technology footprint. Pricing is published where the offering has a list price (the bespoke reports); the rest is scoped per engagement with no list price.
Bespoke reports
Investment-Grade Report
$5,000 to $15,000 plus optional in-person travel
For: Infrastructure capital teams, infrastructure investors, and developer counsel doing diligence on a specific U.S. water utility
A bespoke analyst-prepared deliverable on a specific utility, scoped to your deal thesis. Three tiers: Standard ($5,000), Deep customization ($10,000), With remote presentation ($15,000). Standard is the analyst dossier built around your deal; Deep adds custom scenario models tuned to your IRR, capital structure, and timeline assumptions plus a portfolio-benchmarked comparable cluster; With presentation adds a live remote presentation by the lead analyst plus a slide deck. In-person onsite presentations are quoted separately above this tier (typically $20,000 to $35,000 depending on travel, audience, and prep depth).

$5,000 to $25,000 plus optional in-person travel
For: Hyperscale and colocation site selectors, data center developers facing host-utility capacity constraints, P3 infrastructure capital teams
A bespoke water-and-utility analysis on your candidate metros. Three tiers: Standard ($5,000) covers site-selection scoping across 1-3 metros with cluster topology, host-utility profile, and constraint-pressure read. Deep ($12,500) adds 24-month forward outlook, cooling-supply pro-forma sensitivity, and wastewater discharge-permit trajectory. With site visit ($25,000) adds an on-site walkthrough with the host-utility procurement team (subject to utility availability), a vetted P3 water-treatment partner introduction from the operator network where the host utility cannot deliver the capacity the project needs, and a live presentation to the project team or investment committee (remote default; in-person quoted separately).

Cyber Posture Assessment
Fixed price, scoped per environment
For: Utility general managers, IT directors, OT leads at U.S. public water utilities; insurers underwriting water-asset cyber exposure
A bounded, fixed-price engagement in which a cleared Salian engineering team evaluates the customer environment against the standards governing the water sector and the threat models specific to water-utility operational technology. Deliverable includes a written technical assessment, a prioritized remediation backlog, a cost-bounded recommendation for hardening, and a board-ready executive summary. Typical duration six to ten weeks. Available under federal contracting vehicles or direct.

Custom-scoped per engagement; no list price
For: Utilities ready for continuous protection; P3 partners taking operational responsibility on water assets
Continuous deployment, monitoring, and incident response delivered by cleared engineers with the same standards and discipline used to protect classified facilities. Twenty-four-hour security-operations coverage. Cleared incident-response capacity on call. Hardware encryption appliances deployed at the IT-OT boundary. Continuous compliance-evidence collection. Quarterly executive briefings to utility board, mayor, county commission, and state primacy agency on request. Custom-scoped per engagement; indicative monthly bands run from the low five figures per month at smaller utilities to the mid-five figures per month at the largest regional authorities.

Custom AI integration
Custom-scoped per engagement; no list price
For: Utilities, P3 operators, and water-sector industrial customers with specific AI-integration needs in their operating environment
Custom AI integration engagements draw on the Salian Defense engineering bench that ships into classified intelligence-community environments. Typical use cases include operational decision-support against the utility's SCADA historian, computer-vision classification of treatment-plant or asset-imagery data, anomaly detection across operational technology telemetry, and document-extraction pipelines against agency filings. Air-gap-native deployment is supported where the customer requires it. Engagement design begins with the customer's operating environment, the regulatory standard of record, and the specific decision the AI is intended to support.

Custom-scoped per engagement; no list price
For: Utilities and P3 operators with workflow, integration, or operational-data needs not addressed by off-the-shelf vendors
Custom software engagements deliver the engineering bench against a specific operating need: integrations between SCADA historians and billing or laboratory information systems, custom dashboards against the utility's telemetry, regulatory-evidence collection automation, and workflow tooling for the IT-and-OT staff. Built and supported by the same engineering team that ships into Salian's classified-environment work, with the same discipline.
Schedule a scoping callSecurity engineering
Custom-scoped per engagement; no list price
For: Utilities and P3 operators beyond the Managed Defense scope: custom hardening, incident-response retainer, specific compliance evidence, or facility-level work
Security engagements beyond the Managed Defense scope are quoted individually. Examples include facility-level physical-cyber convergence assessments, custom hardening for unusual operating environments, dedicated incident-response retainers, and compliance-evidence collection against specific federal contracting vehicles. The classified-facility discipline ports directly; the engagement design is built against your specific regulatory and operating context.
Schedule a scoping callHow engagements start
Every engagement above begins the same way: a no-cost briefing with a cleared engineer (60-90 minutes). The agenda is your environment, your concerns, and the offering you want to evaluate. There is no marketing pitch. If you do not want a second conversation, there will not be one. Email [email protected] to schedule, or use /contact for the full inbound directory.
