Documents and policies

Operator-prepared drafts. Counsel review is required before any document is referenced in a customer agreement, signup flow, or executed Order Form. Bracketed placeholders (legal entity, governing law, addresses, designated agents) are intentional and require counsel sign-off.

Counsel review required

These documents are operator-prepared drafts. They are published to this surface so the engineering, sales, and editorial teams can read what we will eventually contract on, but no document on this page is binding until counsel has signed off and the placeholders have been resolved. A customer cannot rely on any draft text here as a contractual commitment.
